Positive: Fantastic location in quiet Devon village near to Dartmoor. Spacious, comfortable, very well equipped cottage. Nice vintage touches alongside mod cons. Lovely welcome by owners including a nice touch of a welcome basket on arrival.
Negative: Third bedroom a little cramped.

Positive: Spacious; lovely conservatory; well equipped large kitchen; great location; dog-friendly.
Negative: Mattress in small bedroom upstairs could do with an upgrade. It's a shame the garden wasn't completely dog-secure, but we always bring a long line so we managed fine.
