Our lovely downstairs apartment sleeps 4 in a double bedded room with en-suite and in a twin bedded room with a family bathroom. It has free, private, broadband internet, it is fully air conditioned, fully furnished and fully equipped. It has TV and DVD player. Patios front, side and rear with wicker furniture and also an outdoor 4 seater dining suite. It is ideally situated next to a large, unusually shaped shared-private pool which is easily the best pool on the complex. It has sea views, off-road parking and is located on the new resort complex of Hilltop, Safaköy. In addition to our pool, the complex also has a communal pool and a restaurant/bar/coffee shop. Hilltop is just a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute drive from Boğaz fishing village which is a small unspoilt village with harbour, cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarket. Boğaz is 25 km north of the historic town of Famagusta and near to the beaches and countryside of the Karpaz Peninsula (the pan-handle). Northern Cyprus is a lovely country to visit; the locals are friendly, English is widely spoken, the prices are reasonable, they drive on the left and the summer season is long and sunny.

Summary: The only issue we had was when we first arrived was the washing machine being (out of order) Friend wanted to wash their clothes but they couldn’t. Sadly the Beds weren’t made for us and we had no towels on arrival. Kitchen area could have been a little cleaner… Towels arrived damp but we were able to dry them fast dryer provided. As soon as I spoke with Stu, he was very fast in contacting me and trying to resolve the issues I brought to his attention ASAP. However the machine wasn’t fixed. It is a Peaceful area to stay in. Not as close to the beach as I had hoped for. But the apartment was a good size for four people. Amenities are a drive away, in the complex there is a restaurant we went to where the food was nice and Stu bought us some drinks which was a nice gesture of goodwill for the issues at the start. Overall it was a decent stay. We weren’t happy with Our pillows and they were changed as soon as we said we had issues. . If you’re going to stay here you will need a car as you don’t have things at walking distance.

Summary: We stayed at Fiona and Stu's villa for two weeks in August. We wish it had been longer. We thought when booking that our teenage children would get bored without a constant stream theme parks and water parks, but we were wrong. Our children had a great time with the amazing pool and the culture found in north cyprus. We hired a car, arranged Fi and Stu, which was inexpensive and served its purpose. We used it to its full potential. We drove everywhere seeing as much of the north as we could. North Cyprus is beautiful, I knew I would love it. The villa is exactly as advertised. The pictures don't do it justice. There was nothing you would want for. It was well equipped, clean and spacious. Did I mention how great the pool was?! I don't usually spend much time in the pool on holidays, but this time I don't think I went one day in two weeks where I didn't go in. We cooked a couple of days but mainly ate out as everything was so reasonably. We spent a few evening's in Famagusta as its lively and had a variety of restaurants. The other guests in our complex were extremely friendly. They recommended restaurants and places of interests. It felt like we were a close community. They even missed us when they didn't see us for a day! The beaches were fantastic! There was one beach where we were the only people on it! It was great to see locals using the beaches. Everything about this holiday was perfect. Having traveled extensively around the world, we are always saying we will go back to certain places. This time we mean it!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Great price! I have been at this site before so knew what to expect. Great air conditioning which we used due to it being so hot! Nice big balcony with tables & chairs. Showers were always hot. Very safe environment for children. Great place to eat on site. Thanks very much we will come back. Fab hosts nothing is too much trouble.

Summary: We really enjoyed our holiday in this lovely apartment. It was a real home from home experience, with everything you’d need, very comfortable beds and beautifully clean. The swimming pool is amazing, very quiet most of the time. It’s a very friendly place, quite quiet, which really suited us. Check out Hilltop Restaurant, 5 minutes walk away, great food and Thursday and Saturdays (in season) great entertainment, literally people dancing in the street to the amazing live singers! We had a fabulous time, hopefully we’ll return next year!

Summary: This apartment is in a lovely setting with a very attractive shared pool. Trevor, who lives next door, met us with the keys and showed us around this very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. The apartment was clean and the furnishings are of a high standard and there is everything you could need for self catering. Hilltop is a small complex away from the bustle of Bogaz but with easy access to a good supermarket and an assortment of restaurants. There is a restaurant on the complex which does excellent food and has entertainment on Saturdays. I would like to have given this 5 stars but for two problems which were that the TV only played DVD and the hot water pressure from the tap was low which meant waiting ages to fill a wash basin.

Summary: Thank you Stuart & Fiona for a comfortable stay at your apartment. It was exactly as described very well equipped,spacious and not too far from local restaurants and beaches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to families with small children as everything you would need is available. If we stay this side of the Island again we would book again!

Summary: Our stay at Stu & Fiona's apartment in Cyprus was very comfortable and most enjoyable. The apartment was of a high standard. It was large, spacious and clean. There were very good facilities and all the utensils you would need were available. A dishwasher would have been appreciated and we couldn't get TV to work but that was not a big issue. The teenage children appreciated the instant connection to wi-fi. There were also a selection of games, books & DVDs available which was a nice touch. Felt very lucky to have a large, quiet swimming pool on our doorstep. Also, good to be able to use other pools on site. The restaurant and bar with some entertainment on site was great. However, a small shop on site would have been helpful. Definitely require to hire a car if you want to explore the surrounding area. So close to so many beautiful beaches and interesting sites. Overall an excellent apartment in a quiet but gorgeous place.
