| Long Stay Cleaning Fees | Abode reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee when a stay exceeds 30 days. For each 30 days increment, an additional cleaning fee will be added to the stay.

This specifically including a photo of the government identification near the face of the guest to verify possession.
