In the central Via Tiziano, in front of the San Benedetto market, available all year round for temporary rent to referenced holidaymakers and business travelers, a large room on the 5th floor served by a lift and equipped with
centralized warming. The apartment characterized by refined finishes, (wooden parquet and double windows), consists of an entrance hall, double living room, three bedrooms, (1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom), all bedrooms have l 'wardrobe, a desk, a chair, kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies (one with a view in the internal courtyard where you can hang out, and another with a city view). All necessary linen is provided, as well as dishes, cutlery, pots etc . The kitchen has a fridge, gas stove, microwave and crisp oven. Summary: I would like to start with the wonderful host, Roberta. Communication was fantastic and nothing was left to speculation. Her advice was always spot on and Roberta was very welcoming with any questions we had. We stayed a month in this fantastic city. The apartment was large and spacious. With 4 adults, we had large living areas and abundant bedrooms space. The 2 bathrooms made the stay very comfortable. The location of the apartment was spot on. We had the best coffee spot , Bar PIRANI only a minute from the from door were we had coffee every morning. This is just the start, there is a grocery store next door and the huge fresh food market , literally across the road. Fish, Meat, Bread, Deli foods, fresh as can be. Last but not lease, Pizza around the corner and multiple Steak houses all within a few blocks. Overall, 5 stars. Thanks You Roberta, I will be back. Ciao

Summary: Roberta is a wonderful host. She was very welcoming and also very responsive. Her apartment is spacious and very clean. It is about 15 min walk from the centre and a very safe area. Supermarket is next door and the main market is right across the street. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.
