Positive: The location for us was excellent, just a few miles from Tiverton, Sheila was brilliant, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good too, more than enough choice, honestly couldn’t fault anything.

Negative: Nothing, the whole stop over from the moment we booked to when we left was excellent.

Summary: Very pleasant stay, would highly recommend.

Negative: I specifically booked an en-suite room as husband is partially sighted but due to last minute issue with broken key at property we were given non en-suite room. Also, staircase very narrow with low headroom and despite signs he banged his head
