This beautiful lakefront home with pool and private dock is situated in a large deep water cove with main channel views of Lake Norman from all three levels.
This luxury property spans 6,000 square feet of lakefront living. Sleeps 16 people comfortably with new & professionally decorated furnishings. The upper level has 3 king-sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, including a bedroom with en suite and a bunk room that sleeps 6. The main level has a master king-size bedroom with lake view, fireplace and en suite, plus an additional bedroom with two twin beds. The family room includes an amazing water view and fireplace, leading into a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful sunroom for large gatherings to dine together overlooking the lake with access to the upper deck, sitting area, laundry room and half bath. The lower level has a designated office space with en suite, game room equipped with pool table, ping pong table and foosball, 2nd family room with fireplace, full kitchen and dining area. This level has access to the backyard, with more amazing views.
Outside features a beautifully landscaped pool, lounge chairs, covered seating area, covered dining area, fire pit (a wood bundle is provided) a private beach and plenty of space for games. The dock is steps away and this is where the lake toys are located.
There is so much to do you won't need to leave. In the daytime, swim in the pool or lake, use the private beach to launch the kayaks, paddleboards, or play cornhole on the covered patio. In the evening, gather around the firepit to relax and watch the sunset.
If you are looking for a vacation home, on the lake, to have fun with family or friends, that has beautiful views and a great location, book a stay as our guests. Deepwater Cove provides something for everyone and is the perfect place to enjoy lake life.
If you own a boat and want to bring it, there is a separate driveway to park a boat trailer. Beatty's Ford Park is approximately 2 miles away to launch your boat.
This property has an inground salt water pool with waterfall, but does not have a pool spa jacuzzi.
For our guests traveling a distance, we are conveniently located 30 minutes from Charlotte airport and 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte.
Guests have access to the entire home except for the locked storage closets. Guests do not have access to the attached garage or detached garage.

Summary: Everything about this property was perfect. It was even better than we expected, the pictures don’t do it justice! Summary: We had 10 family memebers ranging in age from 27 to 87 stay in this beautiful home. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The view is stunning and the neighborhood was quiet. There was plenty of space for people to congregate, and to spend some alone time. The game room was a big hit. The host was very responsive. We would love to stay here again some day.

Summary: This home was amazing. It fit our family of 14 easily. Everyone loved paddle boarding and kayaking. Owner checked on us after we checked in to see if we needed anything but the house has everything you could need. Hopefully we can come back in the future.
