Positive: The location is amazing. The views across to town from the balcony are spectacular. Loved waving to the passengers also on the old steam train. Everything is catered for from blankets for cozy nights in, tea and coffee, a bottle of wine. The house is stunning. It’s just beautiful set over three floors. The instructions were clear and minimal which is what I love. We had a fabulous weekend there and would highly recommend it.

Positive: Location of the cottage overlooks the best part (in my view) of the river and is right over a platform of the heritage railway below - it couldn't be more perfect and just a couple minutes walk from the centre of Llangollen. The property, over three floors, contains everything any visitor (included ourselves with a 2 & 3 year old plus a baby in tow) would need however the layout of the property gives you the space to sneak away from the others if you wish. Inside the cottage is finished to the a very high and cosy standard enjoying all mod-cons - the balcony on the middle floor also provides a stunning space to enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple and watch the river flow past as the sun goes down at the end of the day. Idyllic!

Negative: Nothing really, the property offered everything we wanted and more - a real treat to stay there and we would visit again without hesitation.

Summary: So perfect and lovely - a real treat to stay at!
