Positive: Friendly, reassuring welcome and took time to show me around and provide useful information. Quiet and comfortable place overall. Had everything I needed.

Negative: Bed wasn't comfortable as could feel the springs but then i have back issues and it's hard to get a mattress to suit me. Shower temperature was hit or miss as temp dial on the tap was misleading but got used to it! (maybe a helpful tip about this would be useful)

Positive: Beautifully appointed lodge, will definitely come back. Everything was spotless and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Very quiet spot, delightful to see the horses running about.

Negative: I was travelling to Ipswich for a concert and we got checked in early to set off for the concert. Prior I got a phone call and was told we could check in earlier to meet our needs, very understanding and very helpful.
