Positive: It was beautifully decorated and superbly clean. The rooms were very spacious and I'd highly recommend this property to anyone. We had the best fun and felt right at home. The coffee was terrific and with a full size refrigerator and supermarket nearby it was perfect for weary travellers to cook their own food. A great benefit is it is walkable to the North Plank Road Tavern (the perfect place for amazing cocktails and brilliant food). I recommend that everyone that stays check out that amazing historic tavern and talk to the owner about it's history. Fascinating. https://www.northplankroadtavern.com/

Negative: There was a tiny mix up with the door code but the host was easily contactable by phone and we didn't have to wait long. It did not make me recommend our transactions anything but five star. The host was lovely and certainly knows how to prepare a comfortable stay for their guests.

Positive: The cleanest AirB&B we ever stayed in and so many little extras!!

Negative: Location with the river view was lovely, but neighborhood was less appeal.

Positive: Great communication from the hosts, quick response. No issues during our stay. Location was good with a nice view of the river, not a bad walk to downtown coffee shops. Lots of little touches we liked like chargers in all the rooms, coffee pods and real creamer, Brita water filter, shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers. Comfy beds and well equipped kitchen with lots of mugs and cups for 4 people.

Negative: This is a very small thing, but for 2 coupes, 1 more comfy seating option in the living room would be nice. So that you don’t have to sit 3 in a row on the couch or have 1 person in a hard dining room chair when both couples want to chat and visit in the evenings.

Summary: Wonderful and relaxing weekend with friends in our comfy home away from home.

Positive: This is the upper floor of an older home that has been completely redone. Very clean, like new and decorated with attention to detail. Plenty of towels. Unbelievably comfortable beds. We were there for a week and enjoyed having morning coffee on the deck watching the boats go by on the Hudson. For the price, the view is pretty spectacular. As noted, there is one parking space provided in the driveway. We never had any trouble parking our second car directly in front of the house on the street. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Keyless entry which is always a plus. Thanks for a great stay! : )

Negative: Be aware that you will be climbing a flight of stairs. Not an issue for us, but might be for some.

Summary: We would most certainly stay here again.
