Positive: Such a nice apartment ! Clean ,well equipped ,super comfortable. Located in a center ,but in a quiet neighborhood close to a metro .It was a really a great choice And offices are located on the ground floor ,which makes the communication very comfortable

Negative: It has limits how much water we could use during our stay. It limited one person could o Lu take a 5 minute shower and we can’t flush toilet each time and we can only use certain amount of water each day, a very ridiculous low amount. We had just traveled for 7 days prior to the stay and was planning on doing laundry before our cruise. The limitation on the amount of water we could use really stressed all of us out. It would’ve been nice that we could be notify of such rule so we know what to expect and not to plan to use water.

Positive: We liked the two bedroom, two toilets, and washing machine. The bath towels were awesome! The kitchen worked well for our meals. The apartment was quiet with no street noise. We liked that it was near metro stops and bus routes. The grocery being close was marvelous. The air conditioning was a beautiful bonus.

Negative: The mattresses were hard. Another clothes drying rack would have been appreciated.

Summary: The apartment was a perfect place to rest, wash our clothes, and relax.
