Positive: The reception staff were kind, attentive, and professional. My group of family members felt very comfortable during our stay, and it was no bother when we felt the need to ask questions to any staff members to clarify any doubts we may have had. Our rooms that had the usual features were warm and comfortable. Eating at the hotel was most satisfying. The dining facilities were excellent for both evening meals and breakfasts.... The staff need to be mentioned, they were so helpful. Five stars for those guys. The after dinner lounge/bar area is suitably comfortable. We loved staying at the De Vere Horsley hotel, and we will hopefully return for our next family gathering.

Negative: Some areas in the hotel and rooms were a little tired, and our room suffered tv and lighting problems. Both issues were not important to us. However, I should have mentioned it to reception
