Positive: The hotel was in nice surroundings .Rooms very spread out .

Negative: The room was cold and only 3 single beds when I asked for a room for 2 adults and 2 grandchildren .

Positive: The room was very comfortable and peaceful like the former De Vere Cranage Estate we had visited. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would be visiting again to enjoy the facilities

Negative: Everything went well. I was lucky to get the last parking space close the reception. There are other parking spaces which are further on.

Positive: Lovely spacious room on the ground floor, clean, with a large, super comfortable bed and pillows. Bar area was lovely and we had a light meal there which was also very nice. Didn't stay for breakfast or use the main restaurant, so can't comment on those. Perfect for our overnight stay to break the journey, en route to a weekend holiday further afield
