Positive: I loved the location! Super quiet and had plenty of walking and running trails through the nature in the area! The house had everything you could need, including soap, dishes, cookware etc. They also had bicycles to use as well! I hope that I will be back here.
Negative: Honestly I do not have anything that I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Positive: The chalet was really lovely and beautiful. We enjoyed the outdoor environment with the park. I definitely recommend for small family that wants to enjoy the proximity of Groningen city and the open areas of nature environments.
Negative: We had to travel to Groningen everyday but the drive is not that hard and it is just 15 to 20 mn.

Positive: Very nice chalet in a beautiful area, if you love nature and quiet, this should be on top of your list, the hostess Marleen lives close by and is very responsive. Bikes available for use on the property. Home was very clean and comfortable, would stay again when back in the area!

Positive: This chalet is a recently renovated location, a lot of attention to detail, and very well maintained. But it's not only the location itself, but also the hosts were great: very open minded, friendly, with great hospitality. The surrounding forest and medieval 'hunebedden' were a great sight as well. Kitchen is very well equipped, everything clean and looked after, so in the end I had a fantastic stay.
Negative: I had nothing I didn't like. You find things like airco for warming the house, no usage of gas, water sparing showers. But I assume that there is more with regards to sustainability possible. As a suggestion, I would think that travelers would appreciate this topic I guess, but I did not talk to the hosts about it. So I don't know what the situation is, and what they plan for the future.
