The attractive apartment building "The Kursaal" is located on the beach at the corner of the promenade and the lighthouse square. The Kursaal is the oldest (1906) apartment building in De Panne. The comfortable apartment is completely modernized, but the apartment has kept the original character. From living room and bedroom you can clearly see the sea and the vibrant beach life. A beautiful nature area is a fifteen minute walk along the beach. The first French resort is located about an hour's walk. For the children there is plenty to do: Plopsaland (5 min), playground on beach boulevard with lots of activities and of course a fantastic wide beach. De Panne has many shops, restaurants and cafes. A wonderful bakery is located on the corner. Layout apartment: Hall with storage cupboard. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Modern kitchen with large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Summary: We had a really enjoyable stay, the views from the apartment of the sea and beach were fantastic, the beach was a few steps away. We would recommend this apartment for couples.

Summary: We loved the position of this cosy apartment metres from the beach, with a lovely sea view. The apartment was well equipped and we were very comfortable. Also just minutes from a tram stop in De Panne and walking distance to the town centre shops and supermarket. The owner Paul was very helpful. A really excellent holiday.

Summary: Very nice apartment in a perfect location on De Panne beach. The view is fantastic, even when the weather is not perfect. Nice amenities, two kids slept very well in comfy bunk beds. Great communication from owners. Parking out front good for overnight, but during the day parking enforcement very aggressive and rude. Only recommendation is a curtain for the bedroom as the automatic shade rattles loudly in a strong wind.

Summary: Had a great time in Depanne, we rented the apartment from 11th - 16th August, the view is great, as are the facilities in the apartment, exactly as pictured and described. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us & our 16yr old Son with a perfect location to town & seafront. The apartment was clean & well maintained. I would certainly recommend apartment/owner to a friend or relative, we are hoping to stay again there next year. We visited the Kursall bar which is directly below the apartment, we enjoyed that & there was no noise disturbance from them.

Summary: We stayed here for 4 nights over New Year. The apartment is perfect, not too small, everything you need to get by for a few days. The bed was comfortable and the views from the lounge and bedroom were amazing. We watached a very good fireworks display on the beach on New Year's Eve. The apartment is also very close to the town centre and the coast tram is which is ideal. All in all a wonderful apartment and very good value for money. Thank you Paul.

Summary: A well located and equipped apartment...it was also spotlessly clean. We stayed for 2 nights...2 adults and two young kids (5 and 3) and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the beach and the promenade with its play park and fun cycles to hire..and as for the enormous waffles... de Panne is a genteel small town and made for a relaxing break. top tip: try the real advocat.... We will definitely return.
