Positive: Very quiet environment, with nice walking (and bicicling) opportunities at your doorstep. The apartment has air conditioning both in the living room/ kitchen and in the upstairs bedroom. So despite the high outside temperatures during stay (30°C) we were very comfortable inside. Plenty of parking space. Very friendly host.
Negative: The sofa, which doubles as a double bed is uncomfortable to sit on. The stairs to the bedroom is quite steep and the only toilet is downstairs.
Summary: Nice and quiet property.

Positive: This charming B&B is a hidden gem in nature! The warm and welcoming owners make you feel right at home, offering amazing hospitality. The property is spotless, cozy, and ideal for a peaceful getaway. A special mention goes to little Otis, their delightful three-year-old, whose cheerful presence makes the stay even more special. His biking skills are out of this world. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality!

Positive: The location is good. The property is situated down a private road in a quiet location. Very near the main road and local supermarket. The apartment was very clean and was equipped with all that you would need for a holiday stay. The breakfast that was supplied was very good. Excellent hosts. There are also two ground floor apartments if stairs are an issue for you. If you need to stay in this part of Belgium I would recommend that you stay at Gulle De Breemden.
Negative: What could make this B&B better is to have a hand rail leading up the stairs to the loft apartment. This is why I couldn't rate the property 10 out of 10. This is just my observation, but as long as you can manage the stairs I would recommend this property.
