Positive: Lovely location. The room was well-furnished and stocked with everything one could need. The furniture and jacuzzi were great, and the host was exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and communicated very well.
Negative: Nothing. This stay truly was exceptional.

Positive: Design, very cool & unique features like the cool divided levels, jacuzzi in the middle with open shower next to it (maybe not suitable for people who want more privacy within the group but for us it was fine), street art on the wall, & many more small features & services offered. Also, personal reception by the host was a very nice touch.

It was very comfortable and relaxing, full of interesting things, the hosts have put so much effort into the little details, which make this place really special - the pinball was good fun but I really loved having a record player and so many amazing records. They couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating, just wonderful

Positive: Very friendly host, fast response to questions. A very special appartment with lots of interesting details and everything you need. Easy to find and in a great location.
Negative: It's on the ground floor which is something i normally avoid when travelling but despite that i felt safe in the appartement and in the area.

Positive: The location is ok/Not far away from the center. We have a parking place without payment and we could for 30 euro per apartament have an early check.
Negative: In the last minute before departure we have to complete a long, long list of infos for our reservation. The "house rules" are sow long to read with so many additional prices included and so many servicies that are not included that we took 3 hours for reading all, disscussed what we are allowed on the price that we had already paied. Jackuzzi is not included, if you use it you pay extra...if you do not make the correct selection on garbage you pay extra ( even if it was only 1 bin in the entire kitchen)... if the host consider that its not clean you pay extra...if you use the temperature a big higher you pay extra...things that you do not know...you find it when you are there- this was stresfull. Even the fact that the price that you have it on booking is without TVA, so your price will be bigger at the end. We were informed that we will be charged for trying to have more warm temperature - in the last day of our staying. The down apartament is realy cold, at least for a 7 degres in the night in October. The cleaning is not first class, good that we had many cleaning lotions and we could clean by ourself. The house if full of small objects without any utility and after you read the "house rules" you are affraid to touch something. The fridge is full of bottles of beer or soft drinks, you have to remouve them to use the fridge. We wait 3 days to have our invoice (normally is to have it when you leave the location /indifferent what legislation have a country for the fiscal rules). Dust and spiders. Everywhere stairs in the up-apartament - so no good for people with locomotor problems.
Summary: We are not booking once again this location.

Positive: We stayed for two nights there. It located in quiet area so we could rest peacefully. It was such a lovely place and the host was amazing. There are a lot of fun stuff to enjoy including old pinball machines. Drinks in the fridges have a reasonable price. The sink was clogged but she tried to figure it as soon as possible and offered free drink. It doesn't have AC but it was cool during day time.
Negative: I had no problem to stay here.

Positive: It's a lovely stay in walking distance from a lovely square, with a nice church, with amazing food and nice seated terraces. The interior is cozy and interesting with something to see in every corner. Two fun pinball machines and a record player with a wide variety of records available on the shelf. The jacuzzi works great and is very cozy for two people. Overall a nice stay in Turnhout.
Negative: The bedsheets and pillows were washed thoroughly and clean but still a bit wet when we got there. They got replaced immediately by a dry clean one and felt great. Perfectly handled by the great host.
