Summary: I told them on the 1st night of a 3 night stay that I was only going to stay 2 nights yet they still charged me for 3 nights. I couldn't get a whole of the providers to get my money back. They owe me 1 free night stay.

Summary: The staff were very nice. The only 2 problems I had with my room was that the carpet needed some cleaning attention and we barely had a trickle of water on our 2nd morning of stay.

Summary: Only 2 stories, no elevator, i didnt know this or think of this so climbing stairs was hard for me, I have bad knees and hotel was full so no other option!
