Summary: Check in went smoothly. Property clean beds comfortable.

Summary: This was a stay where I didn't fully listen to the reviews because of the mixed comments. However, I’m convinced the good reviews were from the staff and not paying guests. This hotel needs to be listed as a motel. The lobby smelled of stale cigarettes (poor filtration), outdated fixtures and the room we stayed in was dirty. Since there were no availabilities at other facilities, this was a permanent place for the weekend. The housekeeping, from the way our room was done, only took the trash out, changed the sheets and provided clean towels. The floor wasn’t swept (trash and Q tips hidden in the corners), splattered food was on the wall near the trashcan, trash was inside the air conditioning vent, the bottom of the toilet (near floor) was not clean and after walking in my socks knew the floors don’t get cleaned either (brown to black dirt on the bottom). The only plus was the bed sheets smelled like bleach and the sink and actual toilet set were clean! There is a lack of care at this facility. The nighttime staff were nice and accommodating.

Summary: Beds are listed as Queens but are definitely doubles/full size. Also the elevator was out of service and lugging giant dance competition roller bags up and down stairs wasn’t easy. Smokey smell in hallways and stairwells smelled of weed. Exit door in stairwell also propped open with a rock. Not the safest feeling.

Summary: There was some maintenance issues with light fixtures, plugs, wholes in the walls, stains on curtains, and kept finding long hairs all over the room. The cleaning in the rooms needs to be improved and updating to showers, paint, and electrical fixtures.
