Summary: We stayed in one of the chalets/cottages. The cooling unit in the living room was efficient and the living room space was comfortably cool. However, there was no A/C in the bedroom, nor was there a fan to move air around. The bed was not particularly comfortable for two adults as the edges sloped away from the centre, making it so that you felt as though you’d roll off the bed. The outdoor pool was closed, but we were informed that we could use the pool at another hotel across the road. The kitchenette in the chalet was decently stocked with pots/pans and dishware. The bathroom was very nice but water pressure was poor.

Summary: 1 night stay, room and bathroom newly renovated except for the air conditioner which was loud and 1 foot from side of bed so we had to turn it off and could not open windows. room was immediately hot so uncomfortable night even if bed was very comfy. Also no elevator. buffet bkfast was fine and the eating area very clean.

Summary: We checked in and were told there were no king size beds left that I had booked. I then asked for a room on the main floor and they couldn’t provide that either. The room was fine and the beds and pillows were very comfortable, In checking out I was given a total cost that was $53 more than what was on my reservation.

Summary: I found the room dark, unwelcoming, my room had a balcony and I was surprised to find the door to it unlocked. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows left much to be desired. When checking in or out, it lacked friendliness, just blank business at hand. Party on the balcony didn't help me get a good sleep.
