Positive: Cleanliness of the place, the friendliness of the staff and the Starbucks right in there

Negative: The room was way too hot for a good night sleep. Sleeping temperature should be 15 to 18 degrees, not 21! The only way I could play with that was to blast the AC which was right in my face. Very bad sleep.

Positive: The room was clean. The bathroom was modern and spacious. Buffet breakfast on Sunday was very good.

Negative: The room was too hot and the fan was too loud. We had to turn the thermostat off to sleep. The cost to use the spa was excessive at $30 +tax per person for a nice, larger than normal hot tub and sauna. The dead bolt on our room would not work -- it was late and we didn't want to call maintenance to investigate. We paid extra to have a view of the St. Lawrence but you would have to stand at the window to see it and windows didn't open so it wasn't like you could benefit from the "fresh sea air".

Negative: I requested non feather pillows and duvet and my bedding was still feathered- last time we stayed they had met my request so unsure why they didn’t this time.
