Summary: Happy to have a room with tile flooring instead of carpet. Too bad they don't mop them. The bottoms of my white socks where BLACK after no time at all. White top blanket was dirty.

Summary: The floor in the room was dirty upon arrival, the paint on the walls was peeling, the drain in the shower didn't drain properly, resulting in overflowing onto the bathroom floor, the microwave shorted out while using it and was sparking inside of it while in use, resulting in me having to use the microwave in the lobby, the AC unit was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable; had stiff springs and no cushion to it. Was not pleased with the stay and will not be returning.

Summary: There was no climate control in the room. Neither the air conditioner nor the wall thermostat worked at all. Both were completely deaf and never turned on so the room was hot and stuffy the whole night. The toilet seat was loose and there was basically no sound proofing. You could clearly hear anyone is the hall as well as people in other rooms. We got in late and didn't have the energy to try and get a new room.

Summary: Initally assinged room toilet not properly anchored second room tiolet okay but only chair in room for desk, no sofa chair, air conditioner sounds best close noise is a shower running on high, unaware that there was no elevator so a second floor room was impoosible. Efforts at first correction was appreciated.

Summary: The stay was ok. Room was pretty clean but there was a stain on the chair and on the bed cover. No elevator to 2nd floor which was fine for us but just be aware. Also, we forgot 3 shirts that were hanging in the closet and when we called the hotel, of course they said they didn’t find them.

Summary: We felt this hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. Our TV didn’t work, so I went to the lobby to tell them. The young girl asked what kind of TV we had in our room. Of course, I didn’t know and was wondering why she didn’t know. She sent me back to the room to find out, instructing me to call her by dialing 0 on the phone in the room. Turns out, there is no phone in the room. Again, strange that she does not know this. I went back to the lobby and the girl followed me back to my room with a TV remote. She used it to reset our TV, but then took it with her, leaving us with the cheap universal that was basically useless. In addition to that incident, the hotel and room had an odd oder; the wood flooring, bathroom ceiling, and tile was in bad shape; and at breakfast everything was empty.?

Summary: Was charged twice after she said my card declined (it did not) and she wrote a post it for the manager to credit me. Also had two used crunchy washcloths fall out of our shower curtain when we closed it. Boxes everywhere in the lobby. Very VERY disappointing. Had a reservation again in two weeks but cancelled that. Will not stay there again. Terrible.
