Summary: The doors are not locked not secure at all. When we got in the room it smelled horrible like urine and dogs. I just kept reminding myself it was for 1 nite. The tiles in the ceiling were pushed up the room has definitely seen better days. The pictures they show online are not what the rooms look like at all. The sheets smelled and looked dirty and the pillows were completely flat. When I lifted the pillow up there was a dead smashed bug of some kind. So I tore everything off the bed and we laid on our blanket that I washed immediately upon leaving. I mean the room wasn’t cheap. At least wash the stuff that people sleep on. Horrible and I knew I should have read the reviews so that’s my fault. Please don’t write back that ur sorry about my experience blah blah cause there reviews on here from a year ago saying the same stuff and u haven’t corrected anything! Don’t stay unless ur used to living and sleeping like this.

Summary: The toilet was dirty when we got there. Breakfast very little food and stale cereal. Never had this experience before. Normally good

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The only issue we had was that the shower curtain wouldn’t close all the way on either side.

Summary: Woke up to small black biting flies in room 122 . My wife and I both have bites . worse cluster of them in the bathroom. Doesnt appear to be bedbugs-I hope but we are treating our luggage etc ads though it was. Breakfast also disappointing compared to the adjacent Baymont that we had stayed the previous 4 nights. I have several pictures.

Summary: I used to enjoy staying in the same room, but the more I stay in that room the more I see how it’s not being cleaned. Wiping down is not the same as cleaning. The bathroom really needs a good cleaning. The bedspread looked like it needed to be washed. The shower curtain needed changing as well.

Summary: The property has been renovated And looks nice, not new but nice because some of the materials used for the renovation are not of the best quality. I would suggest washing down the walls in the rooms. Especially around the baseboards.

Summary: I love the fact that they are traveler friendly, great prices at times and near restaurants. However, when cleaning the rooms, attention to detail is important because I rented the same room twice and the walls were still dirty. I know people don’t deep clean every room, but looking around and checking should be part of the cleaning process.
