Summary: Office staff was very rude when checking in. Pool area and pool was not inviting to use. No closet or dresser in the room. Room was clean. Breakfast consisted of fruit loops and water down orange juice. Restaurant was good Mexican food. I feel this hotel guest is mostly out of town labor workers…not family friendly.

Summary: Internet was not working told staff didn't seem to be concerned. Instead of holding my card they actually charged my card.I had to call and wait for incidental charge to be returned to card
