Positive: The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Negative: There was no elevator, and I was on the second floor. I had to carry up my things, and I am partially disabled. I didn't realize there were no elevators when I booked, or I would have designated a bottom floor room. Thankfully, another guest saw me and helped me carry my items up the stairs. Just a heads up for anyone that struggles with stairs - make sure to request a bottom floor room for your stay.
