Summary: Usedul stop off on our way from Gloucester to West Scotland however felt very ripped off by hotels dot dom as paid over £90 for a room that was advertised at reception for half the price plus to add insult to injury we were charged £5 for parking overnight when hotels dot com stated it was included. The hotel is ok at best & bed was comfy however the whole hotel is dated & needs a good up date/revamp. This is a £40 room at best almost a place you'd rent by the hour!!

Summary: One doesn't stay at hotels on service stations for their ambience. Location suited our travel plan.

Summary: Overnight stay to break up a longer journey. Convenient (just off M74), clean amd reasonably priced. Only downside was lack of free parking but was only £5 for overnight isnt too bad

Summary: The property is just sufficient to get some rest from a long trip. The only issue was with parking. They charge £5 for parking even though their website mentions as free parking. Upon raising a question, they told that they will accept only bookings made directly through their website for getting a free parking spot.

Summary: Check in was quick and easy (I had already completed on - line before arriving. Room was ready, clean etc exactly as advertised. Tea tray clean and properly stocked but no ‘little extra’ that you sometimes get with personal touches of a private B&B / guest house. Bathroom clean warm and the soft water was properly hot. Bed a good size and mattress really comfortable - quality sheets too. Only disappointment was having to pay for parking - that wasn’t obvious at the time of booking.

Summary: Only one chair in a double room is not very comfortable. Asked for another and and one was provided straight away. Good service but not the kind of thing that guests should have to go asking for.

Summary: We actually booked this as a Half way point Ish lol. On a Trip up to Nairn. There is No question that it’s a great Value option and the Staff were very accommodating. We were suprised on Both occasions that we had to pay a £5 Car parking charge but that apparently was part of the booking as we booked through Expedia. The rooms were fresh and clean but Dated. My 1 Massive bit of advice would be take the time to stop in Bigger town centre for food and shops. It’s a Fab old town and with a varied and bargain priced array of Take always and supply stores/chemist etc. Loved the town check it out.

Summary: Reception could not of been nicer. Pillows in night uncomfortable to deep for us and worse was bedding for some reason we were all super itchy. Fantastic value just disappointing.
