Hi and Welcome to Day's By The Bay-Largo, West Florida's premium, affordable luxury, vacation home. This Largo, Florida home is a meticulously taken care of haven, minutes away from Indian Rocks beach. Largo is only a few hours away from Orlando, theme park capital of the world.
When you come home from the beach, You can kick off your flip-flops and immediately relax in your private oasis, swim in our newly renovated pool or sit on the dock with Otis Redding playing in your head!
Day's By The Bay-Largo, is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2015 renovated pool and hardscape patio area, home with a dock and access to the Intercoastal Waterway. From our dock you may even see a Manatee swim up and welcome you while you are relaxing out there.
Our house is close to everything you are looking for in the Tampa Bay Area:
*Sugar sand Gulf beaches,
*Tampa, Orlando, and Theme Park capital of the World!
* Water fun and sports
*Amazing is the west coast
*RV/ Boat parking in the driveway so you can have your boat at the dock.
Our World famous beaches are only minutes away from our front door.
There are a number of parks, restaurants, playgrounds, supermarkets, Wine shops, chocolatiers, banks, specialty shops, farmer's markets, etc within just a mile or so from our house.
Our home is roughly 23 miles from Tampa International Airport, 3.7 miles from Indian Rocks Beach, and 7.7 miles from Clearwater Beach, and close to all the other things that are bringing you to the Tampa Bay Area.
As our guests, you will have access to the whole home, with the exception of the garage, where we store our personal items. The pool and lawn are maintained on a weekly basis. There is electronic entry for easy access when you arrive.
Our listed daily rate is for up to 6 guests. The house sleeps a maximum of 10. There is an additional charge per guest over 6.
Our pool is NOT heated. Guests staying with us may choose to heat the SPA for an additional fee.
Our caretakers will be available if there are issues with the home that need to be addressed during your stay.

Summary: Overall nice place to stay, plenty of rooms and close enough to everything. My only complaint is the grass cutters came and mowed and the pool was full of grass and we couldn’t swim our last day of vacation

Summary: Beds, sofas that we used comfortable. Needed to ask Ron to turn heat up, Lock on thermastat . quick reply and done. After unloading car and somewhat settled thought hot tub would be great. Not hot. Ron said heats up quick. Great book with information....but it was dark and too difficult for these seniors to find all the things needed. Ground was uneven and not easy to identify parts for us, even with flashlight we had. Several days later late afternoon tried again to get hot tub hot, couldn't see what we needed to unlock. Ron did call my husband back, but we were busy and didn't notice. When we finally did get into tub, no issue, but getting out for us was difficult, nothing to hold onto. My husband did get hurt on cement, and never went in again, for his safety. When daughter came next week we went in and so grateful that my son in law could pull us out. We are short and with nothing to lean on too dangerous, for us. Many things need repair Two out of three toilets needed at least two flushes to get even toilet paper down Lights/fan over dining room table, one fan could not be turned off. Washer need to hold down lid and push start button, Rear door locks didn't lock, great poles so felt secure, No sidewalk to go for walk, I was recovering from surgery I had hoped to do lots of walking. Busy street, Rarely noise in house from this.hard to exit driveway. Ron did refund 1/3 of hot tub fee. Leaves/debris in pool/hot tub springtime.

Summary: House clean, well maintained, pool was amazing. Great overall house. Just be careful if you’re bringing a boat because tide goes really really really low on the canal. But apart from that, house is great! Thanks Ron for everything!

Summary: Owners were respectful and helpful during the week despite the dishwasher breaking. We worked through getting it fixed and we assisted the technician on 2nd to last day of the trip. The house was clean and backyard was a nice oasis getaway. It is on a main road and strangers roam the hospital across the street but owners have extra security on the front and back doors with is a bonus+. Thank you. The beach is 10 min. away with hardly any traffic and IRB parking is good vs. Clearwater and other areas. We would stay again! Thanks

Summary: Our family of 5 had an amazing vacation at this property. The owner was very responsive , check in was simple. The house was spotless with many luxuries. With a pool and spa and only 8 minutes from the beach, couldn't ask for a better set up. We would definitely stay again.
