Positive: Great quiet location close to where we needed to be. Secluded and great view from balconies. Wildlife all around and sat on the balcony watching deer play in the yard. Didn't use the hot tub but it seemed well taken care of. Cabin was clean and had the amenities we needed.

Negative: The bedroom bed on main floor was a spring bed and creaked VERY LOUDLY from ANY movement, no TVs in the bedroom areas. The air conditioner not strong enough for the loft so it was warm up there (July) but the fan they had installed ran on high and was helpful. Cabin had a musty smell and the signs around the cabin warning against running out of water seemed like overkill and had us taking the quickest showers praying we didn't run out of water which felt inconvenient.

Summary: Cute Cabin, beautiful location, but needs some improvements

Negative: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The shower curtains were gross. The tv was too small for the living area. There was a gas smell in the basement.

Positive: It was comfortable, clean and in a good location. The view was nice . Good value

Negative: I would recommend a nicer fire pit area, better landscaping and a blind for the upstairs loft bedroom. Just in case you did want to sleep in.

Negative: Outside was not ok I fell on a rotten rail road tie hurt my knee lookin ahead to surgery I told vasca nothing they cut off communications fireplaces diwork satellite issue washer was broken pipes froze no water had to get water from hot tub to flush an other things
