The Little House beautifully decorated is located in a private area in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia. This intimate cabin is perfect for couples wanting to get away from the city.
Minimum of 4 nights for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
Just 20 minutes away from downtown Blue Ridge, there is a lot to do in the area— from white water rafting, floating down the river, zip lining, boating, hiking and fishing to visiting nearby breweries and local stores. Feel free to ask us for recommendations.
This luxurious modern rustic mountain cabin includes one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-concept kitchen and living room area, in addition to a large back porch with a private view.
The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, in addition to a smart TV and BlueRay DVD. Our kitchen has SS appliances, (dishwasher, fridge, stove with oven) and microwave with a farmhouse stainless steel sink, and all essentials for your gateway cooking needs if you choose to eat in. You can also take advantage of a gas fireplace in the living room and a sofa, which turns into a queen bed if you bring extra guests, bringing the total occupancy up to 3 people.
On the back covered porches, you can grill (a nice Kitchenaid gas grill), enjoy the view or catch up on your reading.
It is an easy and pleasant drive from Blue Ridge to the house with all paved roads. We are the second highest elevation in the county. There are beautiful long range views from our roads. You can see the mountains of Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee . Its just 4 miles to the village of McCaysville, Ga. where you will find shops, a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants the Toccoa River and more...
The cabin has internet, wifi throughout and includes Netflix , Amazon Prime Movies. 2 smart TV's. We have a security camera under the carport at the main house, outside, facing the driveway - active recording device.
I's designed for a couple but It can accommodate up to 3 guest. There is an extra charge for more than 2 guests.

Summary: This cottage was amazing! My husband and I decided to take a mini-honeymoon and we were not disappointed! We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a hot tub and fireplace. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed to utilize the kitchen. Highly recommend. Great mountain views!

Summary: We were very surprised to learn upon arrival that this is a guest house in the backyard of a main house in a neighborhood. This was not made clear in the property description. Not only that, there was another house behind this cottage, so it was sandwiched between two large houses with zero privacy. When a couple books a 'perfect couples getaway' from their kids and civilization, they do not want to see the windows of a strangers house looking down on them! There was great attention put into the 'modern farmhouse' aesthetic, and it shows in the choice of materials used, which are high-end and very nice. The kitchen was stocked for our cooking needs, although missing a pizza cutter. The biggest drawback of the space...there are limited places to just lounge around. If you want to sit around to read a book, it's either the sofa, the bed, or the rocking chairs on the deck. There was also no place to unpack clothing - no dresser, closet or armoire - just a stand alone clothing rack with no hangers. I was also concerned about the lack of safety grip bars in the shower/bath area - it's a hazard for those with balance issues. The best part of this place is the mattress! It provided the most comfortable and restful sleep I've every gotten at a rental property. We are accustomed to rustic cabins and don't need 'fancy' when we want to escape. We would prefer to have actual privacy, solitude, and quiet when we take our annual trip - especially if we're spending this much $.

Summary: We loved this place and will definitely plan to come back. The house is nicer than the pics and well stocked. The hot tub was a great place to hangout on rainy days. The host were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend staying here.

Summary: We decided to take a trip after Thanksgiving to rest from all the holiday chaos, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The cabin was gorgeous, and is probably the nicest cabin I've stayed in in several years. It's very easy to get to, has lovely views, and is close to town while still being in the mountains. The only thing I would recommend, is that you start warming the hot tub as soon as you get there, because it takes a bit for it to get up to temperature. We absolutely will be coming back!

Summary: The location and property were great for a weekend getaway for my wife and I. We have been to Blue Ridge area before on a number of occasions and this was the first staying in this area. It was very quiet and peaceful!

Summary: This cabin is great, the kitchen has more than the usual and more than you need to cook up some good food, lots of spices and condiments provided. Very clean and just like the pictures. The Host was great. Would definitely return for another visit.
