Positive: The hot tub was lovely and the kitchen was really well equipped. The bed and lounge was also very comfortable.

Negative: Unfortunately the cottage is next door to their events space and there was some minor noise in the afternoon while they were setting up. While this was perfectly fine, what was unacceptable was that they began pitching a stretch tent at 6:15am on Sunday morning with no warning given to us whatsoever. On top of that, staff then started with leaf blowers outside the cottage at 7am which then caused an even more significant disruption to any hopes we had of a lie in. Best to confirm that there are no events on should you wish to stay in the cottage.

Summary: We had a lovely time despite the significant disruption to our sleep on our final morning
