Positive: 1. Nice scenery with great coastline and Port Dickson beach. 2. Comfortable enough to rest for a short trip. 3. Good instruction and guidance for checking-in.

Negative: 1. TV was not working. 2. There was no hot water for showering even the heater was on. 3. The blanket and the bedsheet was not hygienic enough. 4. One fan in the room was faulty and It made noise when switching on in every oscillations. 5. Dark corridors at night that cause an eerie feel. 6. Air conditioner was not cool enough. 7. The dilapidated lift that really need to fix. 8. The place was quite difficult to spot without any notice board.

Positive: Got good beach view. Nothing else besides this.

Negative: Bad cleanliness, I believe the bed sheet was not change from previous customer stay. Toilet consider dirty, never properly wash, can view the photo. The floor is very sandy, I need sweep the floor, especially balcony, sweep and throw a lot of sands, like got spiderman fight with sandman previously. 1 of the aircon leaking water, luckily owner managed to contact the handyman after few hours, somehow the problem solved, but I need to clean the floor and mess the handyman create, a lot of wet dirt from choked pipe. 1 of the bed is collapse due to the bed frame below got a hole. Can check photo.

Summary: Beside good scenery from the balcony, nothing else is good.

Positive: My family have a great day with a very lovely, hygiene, cozy and a bit creepy cause it located beside the hillside. But I love the place for the most but I bet it only need to upgrade the elevator.
