Positive: Hotel nice but no sleep due to noise all night in bedroom

Negative: Could not sleep up at 5 for airport no sleep paid £289 3 rooms very disappointed on reply that the 1 room we had they offered 10 percent of next stay as a buisness man myself i thought full refund for 1 room was fair this is why I leave review we also spent £200 in bar and restaurant

Positive: The location, staff and food are all great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food delicious!

Negative: The carpets need replacing and the armchairs in the bar need reupholstering. But don’t let this put you off this value for money hotel.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and all the bedding was fresh and clean, we had a room with a separate private bathroom. Very clean bathroom.

Negative: When we got up to use the toilet in middle of the night, the room door was squeaking very loudly, I was very mindful of disturbing the other guests at night. A few drops of WD-40 on the hinges is all it would take. The bathroom waterfall tap is faulty, there is a notice saying the water pressure is high, if you forget and turn it on normally, you get a fountain of water down the front of you. I have a similar tap, and it is the filter that is the problem, it has a hole in it, so the water is not held back by the filter. Requires new tap or filter. A hook by the door inside the room to put the key on would be handy, so you can find it easily in the dark. No storage space in the room if you were staying longer.
