Positive: The place was nice and comfortable. The gentleman who opened for us was very polite and always there to help. Breakfast was good.

Negative: Few kitchen dishes and appliances were a bit dirty and old. If you are planning to stay there and cook, it is worth asking them to provide new pans and some cleaning products.
