Positive: Wifi throughout. Food was excellent and generous. One of the few places that we got eggs for breakfast. Staff were pleasant and arranged our outbound transportation for Merzouga. Lots of areas, indoor and outdoor, in which to relax. Place was quite sprawled out, tall, and could be a plus or minus.

Negative: Lack of general maintenance of property==broken tiles on steps, lack of handrails in sections. During our last night, there was so much noise that I went downstairs and raised hell. When I mentioned booking.com, a very apologetic staff member took me upstairs to show the noisy group how upset I was. I said, "5 people, you sound like 50"! I believe that the staff member was having difficulty trying to quiet them.There was no hot water for showers.

Positive: Location was good. View of the gorge from the room was amazing . Staff was great. Food was very good as well.

Negative: Sounds travel throughout the building. But the noise died down at 11pm. TV didn’t work in the room. Towels could have been a bit softer. Not the properties fault but there was a dog close by that was literally barking from about 8pm until past midnight. Sounded like he was just outside our window. Didnt seem like anyone dos anything about loud dogs.

Negative: WiFi varied from where you were in the hotel. Air conditioner kept powering up and down.

Positive: This is a lovely place to explore the Todra Gorge. We hired a harness and helmet from Adventures Vertical Maroc which was just down the road and then walked the 1km through the spectacular valley to the via ferrata and did the vertical climb. It’s takes about an hour and my 12 year old found it challenging but enjoyable. We didn’t take a guide as it’s simple as long as you know the basics)make sure you are always attracted to the cable!). It was wonderful to cool off in their pool afterwards.

Summary: Set between orange mountains and a lush oasis.
