Positive: An absolutely stunning property. We were warmly greated and shown around the property hefore being shown to our room. The room was fabulous with a huge bathroom with both a bath and shower. We were able to store our bikes securely in the garage. We were asked to make choices for breakfast the night before. Breakfast was lovely and we spent a lot of time chatting with the host. Before we left he showed us the fabulous spa (which we didn't know existed).

Positive: The owners are lovely, very attentive and helpful - helped us book a local restaurant for our wedding anniversary. The accommodation is well located close to a square with restaurants and shops. Beautifully decorated. The breakfast was superb and served fresh and hot. Large car park opposite which is free. Wi-fi was quick. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Negative: No TV but didn't matter to us.

Summary: Beautiful, comfy accommodation with superb hosts. Would recommend.

Positive: Laurent and his lovely wife were gracious and accomodating hosts. We had a hectic schedule, and required an early breakfast both days, which they provided with a smile. Madam's Morrocan influence was beautifully evident throughout the building and was a joy to experience, because we had previously never been exposed to this type of decor. There is also a wonderful garden with tall bamboo growing as a backdrop to the swimming pool. There is also a seperate exclusive Spa on the property which is operated by Madame.

Negative: Only the parking. ( There had been a festival which caused some off-site parking during our stay. ) This only required a short walk from the city, free of charge, overnight parking lot.

Summary: If you are in the Marmande area, do yourself a favour, and stay at Dar Arminya.

Positive: Lovely place, very nice bedroom and very unique. It is decorated with lots of taste. Beautiful bedroom and bathroom. Laurent and his wife were very welcoming and we were able to use the spa.

Positive: This is the most beautiful house. An exceptionally stylish and unique place to stay in Marmande - unfortunately, we only had time for one night, but would have extended our trip if we could. The host was so welcoming and made us feel at home, provided a lovely breakfast in the morning and was very happy to chat with us about the town and his amazing home. They have a spa at the property, too and when we return, we,ll be sure to book into the hammam and for a massage! A perfect place to stay in a beautiful city.
