Positive: It’s virtually new, so it’s very crisp and clean. The layout is perfect, with two bedrooms on ground floor and two on first floor. Many balconies and lovely pool with loungers in shade and sun. Kitchen is very well equipped (a few more crockery and cutlery would be good). We ate all evening meals at the big table on the balcony where the gas barbecue made excellent roasted veg etc. Kostas, our host, was exceptionally helpful and responsive. It’s in a quiet village (apart from a local wedding celebration that involved airhorns and fireworks. But it’s their village so can’t complain).

Negative: Maybe location. It’s not a seaside property, so if your ideal holiday includes a short walk the beach, this is not for you. However there are 4-5 tavernas in the village, so you don’t have to travel at night to eat.

Positive: Daphne (and Kostas)'s place was wonderful. The facilities were excellent and both Daphne and Kostas were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any messages we sent. The view from the balcony as the sun set was a real highlight. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and very good value for money. The food and drink left for us was also a very kind gesture. The location was also very good for exploring the island. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Naxos
