Summary: Service was not great. We tried getting Room Service but it never happened. Perhaps it was because of the time, but we were never told until somebody came to the room and explained it when we were ready to check out for the price. I was expecting better customer care but overall the experience was very nice.

Summary: This property is Beautiful, but the service is not great. The breakfast that is included is enormous in scope, it doesn’t run well. You have to ask for coffee for example, which can take 20 minutes or three minutes. Our room was never cleaned consistently in the same way. Every day, they forgot some thing Bottles of water or towels or tissues

Summary: Beautiful 5* resort hotel. Lovely polite staff, great pool area, wonderful breakfast, room excellent. Would only say that the resort is a short taxi away from local attractions rather than an easy walk. There is a complimentary shuttle. Would recommend :)
