Negative: Rooms very crowded , and difficult to get around for anyone with a disability. Toilets very low

Negative: The upper rooms had low ceilings. Ridiculous routine to get a towel for the pool. The prohibition of bringing in outside food and beverages and the tip boxes everywhere

Positive: Great location and the deluxe room was very spacious. Pool area lovely and nice bar. The staff were all dry helpful and pleasant.

Negative: I thought there could have been more options on the breakfast but the omelettes were excellent.

Negative: Drinks were more expensive than the town but not massively overpriced what you’d expect. Sunbeds quite close together by the pool but there is a garden section if you wanted more space.

Negative: bedroom curtains didn’t quite fit the windows so got a bit too light in the mornings

Summary: great hotel, fantastic pool, but the staff are the stars, they were really attentive and made everything great

Positive: friendly staff, good bar area with a wide selection of beers, wines and bar snacks. Plenty of sun beds, quiet area within 10 minutes of the main town. Good location. Very clean, definitely worth requesting a duvet, rather than sheets. spa area impressive, if not a little dark. table tennis and pool tables were good quality (but did feel like a bunker)

Negative: Other than the omelettes and bread, the breakfast selection wasn’t to my taste, coffee and juices were awful. Room doors slam every time and echo through the building, meaning anyone getting in late, or up early who doesn’t carefully close them (ie most people in our experience) cause a cacophony of noise - almost musical at breakfast time
