Summary: Keys have to be picked up and give back at the wonderful Italy office 20min drive away from the house. The landlords (couple aged about +70) live upstairs and also use and work on the pool and garden, sometimes with other people. There are strict rules at the pool: shower before, no suncream allowed, no air mattress allowed…. playing with a ball not welcomed directly in front of the apartment. All that makes it a bit difficult with children. The interior is in a good but old condition with some exceptions … it was fully alright for us. A fire place (BBQ) would be a great add on. Walking to the lakes takes about 30-40min. No bakery in close distance, so a car is necessary . We appreciated the calm environment.

Summary: The property is in a quiet location with ease of access to the main routes to visit Lake Garda. With the owners on site any questions can be answered quickly and at the same time you wouldn´t know they were there. The pool is lovely and very well maintained.
