Positive: Staff were helpful and efficient. Room was a standard dorm room. Reminded us of being back in university! As far as I could tell we were the only ones on the 9th floor so access to common bathrooms was convenient. All were clean and sanitary. Coming and going was easy even for moving in all our travel stuff. thanks, Dal.

Negative: I can't think of anything.

Positive: It was very clean and the location was good for me, with a bus stop right outside that happened to go where I needed to. The staff of students were all very nice and wonderfully helpful. The mattress was firm, and I had come equipped with an inflatable pillow which made it possible to recline and read in bed.

Negative: When I checked in I was informed that I could have had a senior discount, worth $200, if I had booked directly with Dalhousie. This was like getting punched in the gut, as I had trouble financing this trip. What good is the info if there's nothing that can be done? Also, they have unisex bathrooms - seems silly to me, and makes me uncomfortable.

Positive: Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, walking distance to the waterfront, friendly and helpful staff, access to a kitchen, free parking

Negative: No way anyone could stay here in the peak of summer; no AC and the tiny personal fans on the desk did not do anything. It would add lots of value to just stock the kitchen rather than charging for kitchen sets. None of the lights in the showers worked
