Positive: The property was clean and tidy with lots of space! Plenty of games in the property to keep you and the family busy! Even had beach toys which were great for the kids! Off road parking too!

Positive: Beautiful little valley with delightful bay at the bottom. Unspoiled with no high rise buildings. It's a fairly large site built around the hillside but doesn't detract from the excellent location. Very narrow little lanes but you are in Devon so would expect that going down to a little bay. Sand and shingle, great for all ages and sea is shallow for quite a way out with very clear water. Life guards patrolling throughout the day.
