Positive: Overall, the property was good no real issues there

Negative: Only thing I really had an issue with and it’s in most Japanese hotels. The beds are very hard, but I think that’s just the Japanese thing.

Positive: The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Kannai Station, making it easy to get around Yokohama. We loved having Komeda Cafe and Saizeriya next door, with Sukiya just across the street—plenty of dining options right at our doorstep. Check-in was smooth, and the receptionist spoke English, which was helpful. Our room on the 10th floor (the highest level) was spacious, with a standard double bed, a small table, and a sofa. There was enough space to open our luggage comfortably. Bathroom was roomy, and all amenities could be picked up at the reception area. The hotel maintains the consistent standard we’ve come to expect from Daiwa Roynet Hotels across Japan

Negative: The water flow in the bathtub was slow, which made filling it take longer than expected. The room came with only one pillow per person, which wasn’t quite enough for a comfortable rest.
