Positive: The host is very lovely and the room is spacious with all necessary amenities. We appreciated the explanation and walk through of the space and it was very helpful that she spoke very good English.

Negative: It is true that the space makes you feel like you are staying in the home of Italian grandparents (as advertised in the name). There is something very sweet about that, and it also feel that it could use some simple updates, such as softer, more comfortable pillows and affixing the shower head to the wall.
