Positive: It was super easy to get the keys, and the instructions from the proper manager were excellent. This was an apartment configuration, so there was no "on-site" restaurant, but there were so many bakeries close by that we went down to the main street for food, and it was great.

Negative: Nothing that we can think of. Very nice place, in a great location, with stunning views.

Summary: Really great place with super view, easy and convienint access to key venues. Highly recommended.

Positive: Location is the best. They have decorated the home keeping in mind the requirements of family travelling. Ideal for family stay with grandparents ! We loved the attention to details and closeness to all the attractions !

Positive: The apartment is like new, very comfortable throughout and all the essentials you need. It’s right next to a supermarket for picking up supplies and is right at the end of the lovely high street. There is great wifi, and then the view is excellent! This is the real clincher - a drink on the balcony as the sun goes down is stunning.

Positive: The apartment exceeded our expectations in almost all regards. Super clean, brilliant interiors, very practically designed, just the right size of rooms, bathroom, kitchen and living. All fixtures are carefully chosen and placed and of top quality. TVs in all rooms made it easy for us and the kids to relax at the same time. It was very convenient to park, collect the keys and to enter the apartment. The reception desk at Mercure hotel is well informed on key collection and return

Negative: Check out time could be 11am instead of 10am. It would be nice if some essentials were provided in the kitchen (cooking oil, salt, coffee, tea etc.)

Summary: Highly recommended for families with kids and our place of choice when we go back to Garmisch

Positive: We loved the view from the rooftop terrace and the location of this apartment. It was easy to get to from the station, an easy walk to local buses and nature, but also shops and restaurants were within walking distance. We were sad to leave after only one week. The kitchen in the apartment served us well for making nice breakfasts every morning! It was a very comfortable, modern apartment. Great shower too! Superclean and we loved the personal touch of the instruction booklet with personal photos :)

Negative: We were a bit sad that the rooftop terrace was alot smaller than on the photo's because it was split by a screen as the smaller apartment next to us was rented out as well (their terrace was side was bigger). We barely had good weather while in the apartment (we headed out when it was sunny), so wasn't much of a loss in the end, but its good to know, especially for larger groups!
