Positive: Very good value for money, friendly owner, the room was loaded with snacks and drinks. The building itself is a little bit old, but the room is comfy, clean and nice. Can definitely recommend

Positive: Our hostess Santina was a treasure as was her husband. We had a fantastic meal at her house and she took great care of us.

Negative: We liked everything however Booking.com stated that this property was in Pieve San Stefano. It was in fact 10km outside in the .mountains. we are pilgrims and there was no way we could walk further but our lovely hostess fetched us and took us back.. Wexare so grateful.

Positive: we were looking for something far from civilization to stay overninght and have a rest. This property meets this. However there were reconstruction works in the morning as the object is being renovated. The landlady was super and willing to help despite the fact we arrived very late in the evening.

Summary: we recommend it but one needs a car to reach it
