Positive: We booked this last minute when the airline changed our flights. Charlie and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. They served us breakfast which would have been included if we booked directly with them. This hotel is a short walk from a grocery store, many restaurants and even Playa Alicia. There were multiple long term renters due to good value at this hotel. It is also tucked away on a side street so not too noisy.

Negative: It is a bit run down but clean, comfortable and great location.

Summary: Great hosts, off the beaten path - highly recommended
