Positive: The apartment was located near the downtown, with free parking in front. It was a great location for day trips to the D Day sites. It was a very well stocked apartment., with all that is needed to cook properly. The room was spacious and comfortable, plenty of cleaning supplies. The window view overlooked a public square, and opened for fresh air. We would most definitely choose to stay again. ..

Positive: The location is right on the square in downtown Carentan. If you are there for D Day activities in Carentan it's a great location. There is local parking, however during D Day week (31 May-10 June) roads leading to the flat could be blocked for a few hours, be patient. There are several great little cafes close by (walking) and a couple of small grocers to pick up a few things. The flat manager is responsive and communicated well.

Negative: The lock devices were challenging at times but eventually workable.
