Summary: We had a lovely time at Mate/Sonja's place. A clean, spacious, and newly built apartment. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and peaceful. You can watch the beautiful sunset every day from either the balconythe beach in front of the building. It was very quiet the whole time we were there (early October). The beach is shared with the neighbors but away from crowdstourists, so you get a semi private area to yourself. The kitchen is fully equipped but lacks the cooking essentials like oil, salt and etc. There are also no hygiene products for the shower. There is shared laundry in the basement. We were on the first floor, with only a couple of steps to the entrance, but there is no elevator in the building in case you book a unit on the upper levels. All and all, we had a great stay and would recommend.
