Positive: Very nice hotel close to the capitol. Stylish rooms. Good staff. Nice bar.

Negative: A $100 pet fee is excessive. Highest I've ever paid. The restaurant is pretty good, but pricey.

Positive: The breakfast buffet was good. It would be better if it was included in the price of the room. Your staff are very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The breakfast was an additional charge. The parking garage was behind the hotel and the elevator did not work.

Positive: There’s not a lot going on in Topeka but the hotel is in a good downtown location and it’s super stylish. The hotel bar & restaurant are excellent and the staff delightful particularly Wesley who was super helpful and charming. We used the gym - it was fairly well stocked.

Positive: It was clean. Had a really nice Fitness Facility. Enjoyed the attached restaurant + food. Good value for the money. Easy parking. Very near the capital and on the main drag

Negative: I was stuck in a room buried at the end of corridor. Big roof top air conditioner outside window did notice how loud with tv on. So by time we realized how noisy, we were unpacked. In jammiies. Had no intention of changing. Next morning guy at desk was sorry but too bad you didn’t tell front desk
