Positive: I chose Cybele in Uçhisar as home base for exploring Cappadocia because of the gorgeous views and its extraordinary reviews. The hotel and its team exceeded my high expectations. It is a newish, boutique hotel in an authentic village surrounded by the unique fairy chimney and cave dwellings that bring visitors to the area. The terrace, balconies and windows look out spectacularly to the valley surrounded by rock formations where hot air balloons rise. All the fun activities are nearby and easily arranged, and parking is available if you arrive by car. The hotel is elegantly designed with everything you might want for a comfortable, homey, and modern stay. What I especially loved was the friendly, helpful and gracious team who was always attentive but not overly so throughout my stay. Oh, and breakfast is amazing. As I think about my favorite hotels, Cybele stands out as a place I hope to return to and share with my friends and family. Special thanks to the Cybele family for a beautiful, peaceful and inspiring visit.

Positive: The location, the context and the building are very beautiful and well maintained. The managers are very kind and helpful, they had a lot of care to make us feel comfortable or to help us. The breakfast is good and very abundant.

Negative: The hotel is very recent and some small things need to be improved, but the managers are attentive to customer needs and do everything to meet them.

Positive: Everything was superb! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with exceptional warm and hospitality from our wonderful host, Kurtuluş. Walking through the front doors into a magical courtyard with a beautiful fountain. The room, bathroom, dining room were all tastefully decorated with quality finishes and a very comfy bed indeed! The breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely return to Cybele!

Positive: An amazing experience! We had the most incredible stay, and the host is so incredibly kind, welcoming, and gracious. The hotel is new and everything is clean and beautiful. Short walking distance to nice restaurants. The view is unlike anything we have seen before- it is breathtaking!

Positive: We were so lucky to find this hotel! The owner was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and flexible. The view was breathtaking—you can literally watch the hot air balloons rising with the sunrise. It truly feels like a hidden gem, set in a quiet area with no disturbances at night. I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a luxury experience at a reasonable price. The breakfast was also excellent. Since it’s a new hotel, you don’t have to deal with the common issues older hotels often have, like poor showers or worn-out facilities.

Positive: From the moment I pushed the button and chose Cybele, the communication from Nur were first class and it continued throughout the trip. They continually went above and beyond my expectations. I don’t want to ruin the surprise but the rooms and views are amazing and there is a reason they give out 5 ⭐️ Cappadocia is a special place and Nur and her team make it a trip you will remember for a lifetime. Can’t thanks them enough. It was sad leaving but I will definitely return.
