Summary: The hotel room would definitely benefit from some tlc . New pillow as ones there are rock hard . Room smelt a bit funky as if windows had not been opened . Staff were clearly stretched due to an event in the hotel so check in took over 20 mins . Late night staffing was excellent. Good facilities for parking but charge should be clearer when booking . Reasonable price for parking .

Summary: A brilliant location, canal side for relaxation.. Sadly no food on asunday noght, however I was sent to a pub 5 mins was that was brilliant... A good sozed room wpth abath amd shpwer woth avirw over the canal and fields...The breakfast was superb, with great choices and friendly chef.. Definitely will stay again.. Thanks

Summary: The room was very comfortable and excellent value for money. However, we were charged an extra £10 for parking which was not expected but the room was still very good value.

Summary: Not bad for an overnight stay. The staff were great. Classic pub food. The room was cold, and the heating off, there was no hairdryer and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. But if you are looking for somewhere cheap to crash out overnight, with an affordable dining option, it is good for one night (and a short drive from the NEC)

Summary: The hotel was easy to find but a shock to find you have to pay for parking. The room was cold but you need to turn the radiator on. Understandable that they dont heat empty roms.the bedding is nice and clean, as is the room itself. But we had to move rooms as there was leak from.uostaurs. but no issue., youbget what you pay for. The restaurant food is fantastic and highly recommended. We chose to eat dinner and breakfast and it didnt break the bank and was more than worth it.
